Youngevity Essential Life Sciences, a subsidiary of AL International, and Livinity have joined forces to contribute to the long-term growth of the companies and to provide consumers with healthy products. The marketing alliance between direct selling businesses is expected to drive growth and reach a larger consumer base.
Founded in 1996 by David Pitcock and Barb Pitcock, Livinity sells health supplements such as energy shots and pain relief gels. The company’s product line focuses on these types of products, and will now be offered by Youngevity. Youngevity’s product line currently features healthy personal care products and gourmet fortified coffee. The partnership means that distributors and customers will have access to both product lines.
“We are delighted that Livinity has agreed to join the Youngevity family, given the obvious synergies between our two companies,” Steve Wallach, CEO of AL International said. “The Pitcocks share our vision for growth and will be a strong addition to our team with their impressive 15-year track record of building successful direct selling companies.”
Both companies’ missions are similar in that education on health and sustainable living are among top concerns.
