  March Rates Lowered!

Now you have something to look forward to besides more daylight and less snow: lower rates! Almost all of our rates have changed, and every rate that did change went down. Plus, we’re still offering our 10% discounted introductory rate for new customers.

Finally! The free PDF customer enrollment forms are here. Each new enrollment form is now available in your Back Office. Each PDF document contains the state specific enrollment form, the Terms and Conditions and two copies of the Notice of Cancellation. Once the customer has completed the form, please fax or email in the enrollment form (page one). The customer keeps the Terms and Conditions and two copies of the Notice of Cancellation.

Compliance Reminder: Now that you have access to customer PDF enrollment forms, it is important to remember that you the Associate, under no circumstances, may fill out the form. The customer must always perform the complete enrollment.

The updated Associate Enrollment form is available in your Back Office and on liveviridian. Beginning Monday, all previous versions of the enrollment form will not be accepted. Please use the updated form!

  Account Renewal Email Error

Due to a temporary programming glitch, some customers incorrectly received an Associate Renewal email. The issue has been resolved and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused for you or your customers.

  PayDay This Monday

February commission will be paid this Monday, March 7. While commissions are processed, your Back Office reporting will not reflect current data, but will be accurate once again after commissions have been paid.
