Viridian University has launched and is at your service for initial training, ongoing education and, most importantly, VU certification! All Associates, current and new, must become VU certified. And, 879 have already completed certification within the first 3 days! Plus, we’ve had amazing feedback from so many of you – thanks for your kind words and dedication to Viridian.

For new Associates who enrolled on or after June 21, VU certification is required before they can enroll customers, sponsor new Associates or have an active website. Current Associates must become certified to maintain commission eligibility.

	New Back Office Home Page Unveiled The new Back Office landing page has made its debut! You’ve probably noticed that it looks a lot different, and hopefully a lot better! The new Back Office homepage now has some great features including instant access to: Critical information about your business including customer counts, number of active lines, and number of Associates in your organization who have reached EA and Director ranks. Generation V spotlights and moments. Please share your stories and pictures by emailing marketing@viridian.com with “Generation V” in the subject line. Business updates with links to important information for your business. Current promotions with easy access to flyers and more information.

	Double Dip: One Week Left! You’ve only got one week left to take advantage of our outrageous Double Dip promotion. All Fast Start, Mentor and RFP bonuses earned in May and June will be doubled! Push yourself to earn extra during the final countdown!

	Viridian at the Meadowlands July 23 Viridian is taking center stage at the Meadowlands for the second year in a row. This year, we’re focusing our day at the Meadowlands on fundraising. 	Customer Enrollment Reminder If your customer fills out a paper enrollment form, be sure it is complete and accurate so it can be processed! Double check to make sure the following fields are complete: The current introductory rate the customer will receive on their first month of service. This should go in the upper right hand corner. The customer’s phone number and accurate contact information. Your Associate ID number.

Remember, these efforts are to help you be successful and to help protect your business. If you are ever contacted by the Compliance Department for any reason, please respond quickly and be cooperative as we work through a solution with you. Your quick and timely response will ensure we are able to resolve your issue quickly and get your business running.
