 Viridian University Launching June 14
Starting June 14, your Viridian knowledge is going to get a big boost from the launch of our new certification and education platform: Viridian University. Going forward, all new Associates will have to become certified to become eligible to enroll customers or sponsor Associates. All current Associates will have to become certified by this fall in order to maintain commission eligibility. Stay tuned for more information about the launch of this exciting new program.

Customer Enrollment Update
Third Party Verification
To reaffirm our commitment to a culture of compliance, Viridian is improving our customer enrollment process. Beginning mid-June, all customers will complete a final verification step, called a Third Party Verification, or TPV. The verification will be a very short phone call with a third party agent who will record and confirm the customer’s identity, their intent to enroll and their understanding of Viridian’s rates and terms of service.
