New Comp Plan on the Way!
As some of you have heard, Viridian will be launching an amazing new compensation plan at the PowerUP! 2010 convention in Atlantic City on October 16th. We are thrilled with the new plan. We listened to you, and made the Viridian compensation plan simple. It also increases your earning potential. Fortunately, this new plan will take both the company, and our Associates to a higher level of success—together. |

Rockland Electric:
Just a reminder to associates in the Rockland Electric market—Sussex and Passaic counties, located in New York, are still not part of Viridian’s service territory. Remind your customers that service in those counties will be available once we are licensed in New York.
New Jersey Customer Eligibility Reminder:
New Jersey Customers must be caught up on their payments to the utility in order to be eligible for consolidated billing on Viridian’s service. If a New Jersey customer (commercial or residential) does not pay their balance for two consecutive periods, they will be dropped from Viridian’s service. If a customer is dropped from Viridian’s service for any reason, you will see their status change to “Dropped” in your Personal Customer Status Report. |

Remember to manage your customers’ expectations! Never overpromise savings or make guarantees. Even if you make the initial sale, the customer will not remain with Viridian if they are unhappy with what they see on their bill!

Corporate Customer Enrollments by September 15th
Do you think you have a customer who accidentally signed up on the corporate website? If so, please email askv@viridian.com to request a change. All changes will be made in your Personal Customer Count and Status Report by September 30th.
New Policy beginning September 16th: We’ve listened to your concerns about customers who might not make it to your website when trying to enroll. One new change we’re proud to offer is the ability to move a customer into your network if they accidentally signed up on the corporate website. While it is still very important for customers to enroll directly on your website, we know that preventing all errors is difficult. Going forward, you will now have 5 business days from the time the customer enrolled to request a change.
While we are excited to offer this service for all customers who enroll on the corporate website, there is still no customer switching between associate networks. The website will be temporarily unavailable while these changes are implemented next week. |
