New Jersey Customer Eligibility Reminder
New Jersey Customers must be caught up on their payments to the utility in order to be eligible for consolidated billing on Viridian’s service. If a New Jersey customer (commercial or residential) does not pay their balance for two consecutive periods, they will be switched to dual billing then dropped from Viridian’s service. If a customer is dropped from Viridian’s service for any reason, you will see their status change to “Dropped” in your Personal Customer Status Report.
New Jersey Commercial Customer Enrollment
Enrollment is still only available through the NJ Commercial Enrollment Form available in your back office. We are currently developing the online process to include information necessary for the Delinquent Provision Form. Remember that qualifying NJ commercial customers takes a little longer, which is why Fast Start Bonus Period 1 is 40 days in New Jersey.
If you or one of your customers was affected by the PSE&G billing error (email sent on 9/15), today (9/24) is the last day customers can request a refund check instead of a bill credit. Customers who have not requested a refund check will receive a credit on their next bill.
Maryland Launch Associates
If your start date was with Maryland launch in July, your free website trial period will expire shortly. Please go to your Back Office (My Account > Personal Website) and enter your payment information. Your web address will show a “server error” in place of your Personal Website if you do not perform this update
