Reminder:
Associates cannot enroll on behalf of customers. Customers must enroll with correct contact information – especially phone number and e-mail. When issues arise with a customer’s account, Viridian must be able to contact the customer directly for resolution. |
| Reminders on Customer Enrollment:
PSEG Customers: Remember the PoD numbers are different for gas and electric. The electric one begins with “PE” and the gas one begins with “PG”. The utility will reject the enrollment if this number is incorrect!
